Tendu Exercise Bands-T1015
These resistance bands can be used in endless ways for strengthening muscles all over the body, especially feet for preparation for Pointe Work.
Comes with small leaflet insert with exercise suggestions.
3 strengths- Medium, Heavy, Super Heavy.
Length of band is 120cm approx.
It is best to build up resistance gradually. Exercises should be done with guidance from dance teacher or physiotherapist.
