Returns Policy 

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We have created this 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a) we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of purchase of the product;
(b) the returned product is unused, in its original packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

Exclusions

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:(a) food, drink and any other products liable to deteriorate within the period set out in Section 1 and 2 above;
b) Any items that have been custom made for you such as a tutu, pair of customised shoes or boots where the goods have been made to your measurements, and will be impossible for us to sell to somebody else.
c) Any items of underwear

Returns cannot be accepted without a return no.

Before sending anything back to us, you must obtain a Return Reference Number by emailing info@balletpro.co.uk. We will not be able to process any returns without the Reference Number. Please remember to enclose a copy of the original packing slip with your package.
Please quote your RETURN NO on the outside of your package.

Please note: 
All items purchased on this website cannot be accepted by any other Grishko stockist.  All returns and exchanges must be returned to our warehouse.
In all cases, the returned items must be in their original condition which includes tags and any packaging.
In the interest of hygiene, tights and underwear are non-returnable or exchangeable unless faulty.

I have received a faulty item. What should I do?

If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by e-mailing us on info@balletpro.co.uk

We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you.
Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will  do our best  to get an alternative sorted out for you.

I want to make a return for an exchange or a refund. What should I do?

•    Please allow 7 working days for us to receive your return. Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 5 days to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.

•    You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been received and processed.

•    Any refund will  be issued   to the card used to make the original purchase. In the event that we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will  automatically refund you and let you know via e-mail.

•    If the goods are faulty, or we have sent you the wrong item, we will refund the original postage costs, and your costs of returning the item. If you are making a return for any      other reason, we will not refund the original postage costs, or your return costs.

•    The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Returns must be sent postage paid. We strongly suggest you use a trackable postal service such as 2nd Class Recorded. Please ensure you package your return safely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes as they must be in resaleable condition.


We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
