Shipping Information

Orders will usually be dispatched within 2 working days. 
We may use Royal Mail, or other carriers like UPS/ DHL/ DPD
It is advisable to provide an address where somebody is available to sign for the goods all day, as goods will usually be delivered on a working day. If you are not available, it may be taken back to a depot, and you may have to collect it yourself. Orders for custom-made items will normally be shipped in 6 - 10 weeks of order.

Please make sure you supply a full and correct address- we cannot be held responsible for lost items where the address has been incomplete or wrongly provided.

UK Customers: Most of our items fall under the flat rate of shipping of £3.50 if the order is under £60.00. If there is a very lightweight item, it will be charged at only £1.80. If the item is classed as heavyweight, then the cost is £5.00. If when you get to the checkout, you have been charged a combination of these, email us with your order and we will create an order  for you with the appropriate shipping .

Non UK customers, our delivery terms are DAP. This means that when you receive your goods you may be charged duty and VAT and clearance charges by your government. These are non negotiable and are your responsibility . If you do not wish to pay these charges, please do not place an order, as we have no control over these charges. 

Please note changes to our International Deliveries

  • All parcels are shipped directly from our warehouses in the UK, therefore some international orders may be liable for Custom Duty and local taxes.
  • Since the 1st January 2021, if your parcel is being delivered to any EU country, it may be liable for Custom Duty and Local Taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Our carrier will probably contact you once your parcel has shipped from our warehouse and before delivery, in order for you to pay these additional fees directly to the carrier.
  • Orders with multiple items may be dispatched in separate parcels. You will only be charged one delivery fee; however, duties and taxes are charged upon delivery of each item.
  • Failure to pay this additional duty or tax will result in your parcel being returned to us. We will refund you for the goods but will not refund for the shipping
  • Please speak to your local Customs Office if you have any queries regarding this.
